Circulate is a New Zealand-based platform for targeted local flyer delivery. Businesses can select delivery areas, receive delivery estimates, and coordinate flyer distribution through local distributors.

4. GPS and delivery tracking
For distributor jobs, Circulate may collect GPS/location data while a delivery job is active. This is used to:
- Confirm route coverage
- Support delivery reporting
- Help resolve delivery issues
- Improve job quality and platform reliability
We do not use active job tracking to monitor distributors outside the delivery task.
5. Sharing information
We may share personal information where needed to operate Circulate, including with:
- Businesses using Circulate
- Distributors completing delivery jobs

- Mapping and geolocation providers
- Email, analytics, and customer support tools

We only share what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
